5GEE Router - Unlock

Hi Guys,

My contract is coming to an end and I wish to use this 5GEE Router with another data provider for camping trips & events within the UK.  I've read a few threads already in the Community but on this page https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/settings-permissions/device-unlock when I enter my IMEI I get the following error message 

"Please try that again
Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please enter your IMEI again or come back later"
 
Can any help help with a workaround, I've tried again later but just get the same error msg.

When did you buy it new? All devices sold after Dec. '21 are sold unlocked.
