I am out of contract and looking to close my Broadband account. Do i need to phone someone or just stop my direct debits.  Probably be binning my sim only contract also.

@rolfe66  if you want to terminate, then you need to call customer services and give notice.   as the sim only contract you need to call customer services and give 30 days notice. If you’re still within your contract term, you’ll be liable to pay off the remaining term of that contract. 

just stopping the direct debit doesn’t terminate a contract.

Sim is out of contract also. I presume 150 is who i phone for both
