5G INTERNET IS A JOKE

paying 55 pound every month and my speed now looks like now, signal 2 of 5 for 5g and 4g

same speeds and high latency thru wireless or ethernet cable, on phones and pc same situation, router is 5g 2021

@szeryff  Too see if there is a network issue in your area have a look at THIS and then click the check status tab.

just called ee  and for last 2 hours has been connected thru 4 different ee personel(tech , maybe) and after 2 hours they asking me about 3 speed tests..... when from start of conversation i told  them i have maximum 10mb on download which is 1000kb/s or 1 megabait and upload speed 0.5 megabit which is 500kb/s  and i done like 100 tests already.....

Did technical support advise what the next steps would be to look into your issue?
