Go to its Wireless Settings page to switch to the 2.4 GHz band.

@Vezzer  You’re not using a Wi-Fi connection for the doorbell.  You only use Wi-Fi if you do not use an Ethernet cable as the Homebase also works via Wi-Fi that’s when you need to use the 2.4Ghz connection. But you set this up after you have set it up via a Ethernet cable. And as you say you’re using a Ethernet cable.

please have a read of THIS
also please read THIS as you might need to reset the doorbell to repair it

I’ve got the eufy 2K doorbell with Homebase 2.   Don’t forget to download the eufy app.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you so much. I think I got fixed on the MHz but should have probably been closer the the home base!! Thanks all connected now and I’ve learnt a bit about MHz and my WiFi has both!

Kind Regards
