I have got a Eufy doorbell I want to connect to my 5G EE box. The Homebase is plugged into the Ee box but when I try to connect the doorbell it says it fails.
on Eufy it says about 2.4 MHz and 5MHz but I have no clue what this means or how to connect it. Please can you help. Thanks

@Vezzer You’re not using a Wi-Fi connection for the doorbell. You only use Wi-Fi if you do not use an Ethernet cable as the Homebase also works via Wi-Fi that’s when you need to use the 2.4Ghz connection. But you set this up after you have set it up via a Ethernet cable. And as you say you’re using a Ethernet cable.
please have a read of THIS
also please read THIS as you might need to reset the doorbell to repair it
I’ve got the eufy 2K doorbell with Homebase 2. Don’t forget to download the eufy app.

Kind Regards
