Hi my 4GEE wifi has been working fine, then suddenly It wont connect to internet. I have tired a soft reboot by pushing pin under device but it does not help. I cannot do a hard reset as i cannot access the IP http://192.168.1.1/ and log in as admin it either says site couldn't be reached or no internet etc.

most people refer to pressing that "hidden button" as a "hard reset". You forgot that computer people call pressing a reset button a "soft boot" and turning off a "hard boot". But words are about communication and i knew what they were on about. You can also press that hidden button and NOT do a Factory reset, i think its 5 seconds for a reset and around 20 seconds for a "factory reset".
Hope this helps to clarify as we all arent in the technical field.

Pretty much All Cellular Modem Routers will perform a Full Factory Reset if the Reset Button is pushed and held in.
Factory Resets on these Devices should be done with caution and only as a last resort as it will default all information and settings completely so Owners should write down any relevant information where settings have been changed or modified, it's also important to have the original Factory Settings for each individual Router for any User / WiFi Access Passwords as well as Admin Access and Passwords.
The majority of failed Internet Access on these Devices (with a good known working SIM) is normally down to incorrect or out of date APN / Profile Settings, incorrect Radio Settings or where the Device is Network or Firmware Locked to another Network Supplier.
