Hi I bought one of these today. It’s set up but keeps switching off!! Driving me mad. Anyone help please.

@Bees6262 : How do you know it switches off? Is it that the LEDs go out after a time? It does that. Or do you lose connection?

And the leds go out immediately. Should that happen?

Does its Connection Status show it's not connected?
The LEDs do go out fairly quickly even when it's connected.
