4gee Wifi Mini - cannot add data

My 4gee Wifi Mini has worked perfectly for the last two years, I keep credit on it and every three or four weeks I buy £7 of data. But yesterday it did not work. I have credit, but when I click on the confirm buy button, I get the following message:

This page isn’t working

add-on.ee.co.uk didn’t send any data.

Has something changed? This has not happened before.

Please note that I am a pensioner, not some techo-wizard, so please use plain English in any reply.

Cheers, Pixieman

Hi @Pixieman

Can you try using a different web browser the one you are using, and enter add-on.ee.co.uk in the browser, does this load the page for you?

Leanne.

Hi Leanne_T,

I am using the wi-fi in Spoons at the mo

When I get home, I will try using my old laptop to see if it will connect to EE

I will let you know the outcome tomorrow

Thank you for suggesting a different browser

Cheers, Pixieman

Thanks, speak to you soon 🙂

Success! My 15 year old laptop running XP solved the problem!

Yes it was very slow and very clunky, but it worked

Thank you for your help
