Surprise surprise..........................after contacting EE on several occasions and speaking to different people I was finally informed that the 4GEE Home Router Unlimited £50 a month............was registered incorrectly by the EE store. I was then promised that all had been resolved and £50 a month would be deducted as monthly payment NOT £70 as informed on my BILL. I was then asked if I wanted to remove my cancellation based on the fact it was all resolved..............................I declined as I did not trust that EE would correct things...................and low and behold £70 was taken from my bank account for a £50 a month contract to which I had signed up.

I'm sorry to hear that. I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team again to find out why the bill is showing higher, even after the plan was corrected.
