4G wifi dongle not working

I have had no problems before and i have topped up credit and transferred credit into and add on and says i have 23gb on app but when I turn box on the wifi keeps dropping out?

If it says we're not aware of any problems, you should get the option to report one, @jim-barney.
Our network team will then look into the performance of the mast in your area and get back to you.
