I have had no problems before and i have topped up credit and transferred credit into and add on and says i have 23gb on app but when I turn box on the wifi keeps dropping out?

Yes i have and nothing going on as far as i am aware.

If it says we're not aware of any problems, you should get the option to report one, @jim-barney.

I have been onto 4 people today all very helpful until i got cut off. Tried a lot of different things but none of them have worked so far.
