I recently switched from BT fibre due to intermittent connection issues. When I first connected the router on a PS5 I had 57mpbs but poor wifi connection on all devices.
I phoned EE and was advised to do a factory reset as some work had been carried out on the nearby mast.
Now buy PS5 has maximum 32mbps and the wifi connection is still terrible.
Can anybody help?

Which 4G Router is it (Model Number) are you using 2.4 or 5Ghz WiFi Band.
How far away is the Game Consul from the Router.

The model number is D412C57.
The Ps is connected through a powerline adapter (hardwired) and is approx 10-12m away from the router .
The PS was fine before the reboot but now suffers from lagging and won't connect through WiFi. I have tried both 2.4 and 5hz WiFi.
My other wireless devices also have an intermittent connection.
