I have been a customer since the Orange days, so over 20yrs and I spend nearly £300 a month on different devices between, phones, add to plans and internet and I have been offered so many great deal with other providers but thought no ! EE is great and they look after me. That has all come to an end in the past 12months.
I have had bad to terrible customer service, promises not followed through, issues getting customer service, terrible internet, failing equipment, waited in on three separate occasions for deliveries that fail to show up, wrong items sent out.
This is an absolute dreadful show from EE and I will not be renewing any of my contracts!!

Scott,
I'm in the same boat as you, in that I've been with Orange, then hopped over to T-mobile, only for them to merge with Orange and become EE!
I've got 10 lines with EE right now, so for me customer service is vital. The way in which i've done this is to call 150, go to retentions, and when i've found someone who's particularly helpful, I simply ask if I can deal with them only, and request they send me an email so that I have details in which to contact them (sometimes they have to check with their manager, but i've not had a decline to date). Have done this for almost 4 years now, and whenever the person i've been speaking with has left, I just rinse and repeat. It also helps if you remember that the person on the other end is just someone doing their job, so I always speak with humility, I make sure i'm friendly, and i've not had a problem to date.
Worth a shot do you think?

Out of interest, what is it about having multiple lines that causes increased CS issues?
I can understand CS interaction being needed when you're making account transactions and/or changes - and more lines means more transactions. But why the automatic causation?

Same here, disgraceful customer service over the last year or so.
Been an EE customer for 15 plus years..
Rubbish Fibre routers, but the worst of all is the lack of decent customer service.
Will be leaving both phones and broadband as soon as possible and will never be back.
