Worst to best customer experience

I have struggled for the past 10 days, with separate calls over 4 of those days to enable a dual sim on my iPhone to use the phone for personal and Business use. I think I’ve spoken to 14 different customer representatives over the phone through that period, each one less helpful than the other, being passed from consumer departments to business departments (who were closed on two of the occasions causing the line to go dead). 
I gave up and went to the EE store on Princes St in Edinburgh and had the issue resolved within 15 minutes by Jeevan, who was fantastic. 
I’ve also had a follow up call following an online complaint I’d raised by another customer representative (didn’t get her name) who was very helpful too. 
The phone line service is appalling. I can only assume they are working through a decision tree and if you’ve a query which is slightly irregular, you are screwed. They are ill-trained and poorly prepared.
