Where can I find my chatline transcripts

Click on your username in the top-left of any of your posts. This loads your profile page where all your posts are visible.

@Dia11 , at the top of this page you will see when logged in, top right, the avatar, click on that and you then have the opportunity to see : My Profile, My Settings, My subscriptions, click on subscriptions, you will see all the threads you have written in, or click on your name in the forum and you can also see your suscriptions.

At the third attempt they said it would take a month to get around to sending them but before was told twice it took 24hours. Someone must know why they offered to send but haven’t. Don’t know what I can do to speed it up. 

Thanks. Can’t find the link but have given up trying. Got a translation of the instructions, though. Apparently ‘subscription’ means a post not a payment and ‘avatar’ means the diamond drawing at the top right.

@Dia11 , this is not customer service, this is a public forum, where customers can ask for help and also give advice,  so yes it does mean a post you have made and the avatar is one that you have chosen to have with your username, which you can change by clicking on profile and then avatar.

There is no payment in the forum, it is free to use and so that is why subscription can also mean something you subscribe to without paying for it, but here it means you can find all the posts you have written or replied to
