I just want to say a huge thank you to your support staff, especially ( I hope I have the names right!), Karen, Craig and Chris who have recently been very kind and helpful to me. As an older person, it can be daunting to talk about technical issues but everyone was very patient and took a lot of time explaining my options. Thank you so very much!
