I have 2 issues, I am unable to use the app along with many others and I am unable to gift data because EE state I have unlimited data on the number I need to gift data to. I said to EE if you're saying I have unlimited data then give me unlimited data, which they did for 1 month whilst looking into my problem. 1 month later they remove the unlimited data and haven't fixed the problem so when I contacted social media team they didn't listen and assumed I was complaining about the app. After weeks of trying to be heard they then insisted it was because I had been given unlimited data for 1 month but lacked the common sense in realising the reason for being given unlimited data for 1 month in the 1st place. Absolutely hopeless and arrogant. Disgraceful service and hopeless to deal with.
