Absolutely a rotten company. Need to learn what empathy is and how to treat people that are dying but what do you expect from a money grabbing bunch off a-holes. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Worst phone company I've ever had the misfortune to be with. Cancelled my direct debit so chase me to hell for it you rotten bunch off scumbags. I wouldn't want my last bit off time with you even if you gave it me for free. I hope you all suffer the crap I'm going through then made worse by you.
