Terrible customer service, criminal service!

I don't know how to leave a review or feedback so I will tell this everywhere especially social media.

I cannot believe how incredibly incompetent, rude and unhelpful the staff/managers are at EE billing!

I took out a contract sum and was told it would be £10pm All I had to do was restart my phone in 24hours, unfortunately I had just lost my brother, and my father 6months before so my head was in a daze, so when my data ran out I bought more thinking maybe I had mistook the girl on the phone, then it ran out again so I called them and was told they had made a mistake and would send me a new SIM and wouldn't have to pay for the data. Then £79 was taken from my bank, Im not a well off person and that money was for my broadband bill which was then cut off! I called again and was given an apology and told I would be refunded.......I got the money back in dribs and drabs, they told me my sin card bills would be paid for the next 6months, I took out a sim for my daughters partner for £13 then the took £27 from my bank yesterday, money I had borrowed for my baby milk, since then I have been called a lier, and spoken to in a way that beggers belief that they still have any customers at all. I cant believe I am locked in a contract for 2years.

I can certainly understand why you're feeling let down at the moment, especially considering all of the other things you've been contending with recently.

Whilst we don't have access to accounts via these forums, I'm keen to make sure you're best equipped for ensuring this gets resolved. 

Have you had a chance to log this as a complaint yet?

Our team should absolutely be able to investigate the call recordings so we can check over what happened.
