Today about 15mins ago I had spoken to a customer service provider by the name of Ellie who was  able to reconnect me to the internet, this conversation with instructions took at least 45min. During this time Ellie was calm kind polite, and patient. I live in the BANES area this might help you to find her, for when you give her the much deserved Christmas Bonus or any other reward.
