Hi, I don’t know if this is the right place to post but I can’t find anything online about leaving store feedback.
I went into the EE store in the Kingsland Shopping Centre in Dalston today with an elderly lady whom I visit every week, she’s not always entirely verbal or able to communicate well with strangers. Anyway, we were helped by a member of staff, I believe called Hamza (sorry if I spelt this wrong) who was super helpful. He helped us charge her phone and work through her details slowly to help her understand her contract with EE. He was very patient with us, and sorting out her phone so she can use it makes a huge impact on her day to day life, she was so happy! Thank you for your help! If anyone can get this feedback to the store that would be amazing!! 🙂

Did you get a text message after you left the store from us by any chance? That would give you the option to rate your experience and leave some comments.

Hi Chris,
Unfortunately as I wasn’t the one whose account was accessed during our visit (it was the lady I was with) I didn’t get any text messages or anything for feedback. I don’t think she’ll be able to leave feedback as she mostly just uses her phone to call her family members etc and she’s not very confident using the internet anyway. Is there any other way to leave feedback? Thanks!
