Sponsorship for School - AGS

I'm a Computer Science teacher at a school in Aylesbury. 

We are slowly growing the department but I'm wondering if there is anyone I could reach out to about sponsoring our Robotics / Extra Curricular team.

I have an idea for a project which requires the use of a 'mobile' number with texts and potentially some devices but budget is limited in schools these days. 

Where EE comes in is I would like to have the ability for the Computers to receive 'text' messages and use code like python and XML to read these messages. We can't use students personal numbers or staff and would need some dedicated devices / numbers with text messages that can be sent / received by computers to activate devices. 

Is there a community support outreach?

I'm a school teacher and I'm trying to boost the profile of the Computer Science department at my school in Aylesbury. I was wondering if there was any community sponsorship for 'devices' or 'phone numbers'. I would like to do a project with students where text messages can be sent to a Computer and we can use code and get the text messages to get the devices to 'turn on' or 'turn off'. 

Schools don't have much budget these days and I was just wondering if EE would be interested in 'Sponsoring' our department. Is there someone I could reach out to?
