Someone’s cloning my number

Hi

I am getting calls from strangers saying they have missed calls from me and I definitely haven’t called them.
It’s really worrying me, wondering what other details of mine people are using.

Does anyone have a email address for EE where i contact them regarding this?

thanks

Morning @Raccoon

Thanks for coming to the community.

I'm sorry you are receiving calls from strangers to say you have called them, this sounds like it may be call spoofing. Our Call spoofing - The EE Community, article explains what this is

If the calls continue for you, our Mobile Care team will be able to get this looked into and possibly change the number for you.

Leanne.

Hi @Raccoon

This occasionally happens on the EE network as other people (and myself) have encountered this problem. If this continues call EE and ask them to refresh your line.

Also try restarting your device.

Thanks
