Slow dispatch

Hi, I've early upgraded on Sunday, but haven't had a confirmation of delivery or dispatch yet 

It's an iphone 17 pro max in silver

Is that estimated or will it definitely take 7 days it's currently sat as open sales

@Beckta97  On the EE website it states 

Usually despatched within 7 day.   

it could take longer because “usually”  is a very loose term.
