I don't know if I did something wrong. Why was my phone bill raised from £49 to £98.
Why is there no live chat in EE anymore, do you have to call and wait an excruciatingly long time to be connected?
Can someone from EE check what the problem is? Maybe there is something wrong with the contract. Is it because I wanted to remove the SIM lock? Please help.

EE-CS have access to your individual account and can advise further.
That said, £98.29 seems a quite excessive for a device repayment - so an error seems quite possible.
