I would just like to share my experience talking to two fantastic agents today. Firstly Louise in Cardiff, she is a lovely lady and helped me immensely, such a pleasure to deal with.
Then on to Amrit, he was just a fabulous individual. We chatted and he was just such a credit to EE. Amrit was working for the Falkirk division. He dealt with my query and I would really like to deal with him every time I have a query. Agents should have customers they deal with personally, wouldn’t hesitate to be on his list!!
I hope that EE realise they have such wonderful individuals working for them. 10 star rating to both today (would give Amrit 20 out of 10).
