I went to my local ee store today after pre booking an appointment. It was to hopefully resolve a problem with my phone. But to be honest all they were interested in was to flog me a broadband deal. After getting nowhere I decided to say my goodbyes and got up and left. I’m afraid I shall be looking elsewhere when my mobile deal ends. Thank you for appalling customer service.

What's the problem you have with your phone?
