I called yesterday on the 29/10/22 at around 1855 and spoke to staff member James. After a lengthy phone call I can assure you I will be staying with EE and with out a doubt it was due to his manors, competence and professionalism. He sorted all the issues I had and done the best he could to help me as a customer and I am really happy with how he handled this. He’s a asset to the company and you need more staff trained like he is, honestly cannot praise James enough!
