Hi, I'd like to compliment a couple of EE members of staff who helped my Dad on the phone earlier today. One name is Alison (in the Broadband technical department). Also, the lady who put my Dad through to Alison was very kind. My Dad was very complimentary of both ladies and we would like to find out how to send our gratitude.
