Positive feedback for staff

I'd just like to leave some feedback for the lovely lady in wrexhams retail store that dealt with us today 

I didn't catch her name but she's just recently returned from maternity and she was so lovely to deal with. Even though I was only picking up a pay as you go sim she was really helpful, I didn't feel rushed to get through the process and she was just so personable and great to deal with.

There are some real good'uns out there. Most of them couldn't give a stuff as long as they achieve their quota and get their commission but occasionally you do come across someone who genuinely wants to help you out.
