I visited the Peckham EE store on Saturday and wanted to give my compliments to the fantastic service provided by Fred. (I’d anticipated being contacted for feedback but this hasn’t happened) I’d been having terrible problems moving the mobile phone service over from BT, including having having no service at all for over a week, and was on the point of cancelling the whole thing. Fortunately we visited Peckham and Fred saved the day, refusing to give up until he’d seen the issue through. Fred was kindly, patient and considerate. He is a fantastic ambassador for EE.
