Orange pension scheme

To whom it may concern, 

I worked for an Orange call centre from 1999 to 2001 and then an Orange mobile phone shop from 2001 to 2002/3. 

Can you please give me the information I need to make contact to find out if I paid into a pension scheme?

Did you receive the correct details for the Orange pension contact information? 

I also worked for Orange from 2003 - 2008 and I have requested this information 3 times now through the EE community pages and have been given an email address which doesn't work and two different phone options which never seems to be answered! 

Any help would be appreciated if you can!
