Heyyy....
So today I got a call from a guy from EE.. Offered me 2 tablets and said all my info would be in an email. I get off the phone, go to check and I have no confirmation of this at all.... please help

Did you hand over any personal information and did you pay anything?
I don't think EE would call you out of the blue offering tablets, so I think you may have been scammed.

Hey thanks for reply.
He read out terms and conditions, asked me a few security questions and I asked about tablets. So he found a offer for me. He firstly offered me a extra tablet for 16 a month then I haggled him to get 2.
Seems legit but I have no confirmation of this call.
He most certainly didn't have nothing about him to suggest he was scamming me.
I could possibly get an email? In due course. I don't know.
The call was a loyalty call.

No didn't pay a thing.
Only security questions I couldn't answer as I forgot so had to confirm bill date and mobile brand etc to continue

@Amyj7 Call customer services in the morning to double check on this. You have to do this as this sounds like a scam to me. I wouldn’t be surprised if you received something different and then you are asked to post it back to an address that has nothing do to with EE.
I say it sounds like a scam because one it’s a cold call and you don’t know who they really are and 2 you have given details on how someone could use that order items in your name via your account.

That sets off alarm bells in my mind. This would not happen if you were talking to EE. They're not going to cave like that and decide to give you an extra tablet.

If it was from EE (see below) then you would have almost certainly received a text message from, I think 249, asking you what you thought of the level of service you were given.

They're trained to sound convincing.

I honestly don't think you will but would like to be proven wrong. If you do, it'll be mocked up to look like it came from EE and there will be a phone number to call if you need help after receiving "your" order.
The call was a loyalty call.
That's what the person you spoke to might have called it but it was still a cold call asking you for information that can be used to place an order in your name. EE isn't going to cold call you like that with too-good-to-be-true offers that turn out to be even better when you haggle.
If this was a scam and the order placed in your name does arrive, it won't be your tablet(s), it'll be something that the scammer wants. Since it wasn't what you ordered, you are going to call the number you were given in the e-mail (if you get one). This will be the scammer's number and the scammer will ask you to return the wrong item to an address that they will give you. Their address.

Please call CS when you can as that sounds really fishy to me. Especially if you weren't expecting it. I have never had EE call me with Offers, I do get texts though

Hey all.... 👋
So I called CS this morning and it was EE. Thankfully.
Thank you all for you help. ❤️

Glad to hear that.
You can never be too careful these days and the way this EE representative went about things really did smell fishy.
