How to become authorised reseller of EE network products?

I am aware of the markets in need of people who will buy lots of network sim card either payg or monthly rolling contract basis.

want to sell EE as agent or reseller for sim cards only and want to find out if someone can help me out how should I go about this to resell EE products?
