o spoke with someone on the phone who told me to email bhneegaming@waibpay.com to ask about the missing game pass and 70 pound we game card that was missing from my bundle but the email has just bounced back.
does anyone know if that’s the right email or if she has given my the wrong one or made a typo?

Hi I have just opened my son’s new Xbox series x bundle that I purchased in September. There is no £70 gamecard in the box and no monthly game pass code what was stipulated in the bundle on purchase.
