Hi there!

I had a great experience over a month ago and the agent was extremely helpful and solved my issue (no service for a month) and he managed to solve it in minutes after other agents had no clue how to fix. 
I’d really like for this to get back to him as he went out of his way to help me as my issue was causing me stress while abroad, would anyone know how I go about this
