Still haven’t received my p45

I am writing to request some help regarding my P45 as I am still waiting to receive it a month after leaving EE. My last working day was 10^th June 2026. I am currently being emergency taxed by my new employer and would appreciate if I could have my P45 sent as soon as possible.
