Kindness of member of staff

Went into the branch in Stratford upon Avon to collect my new phone but the two members of staff were experiencing difficulties with keys and access to storeroom and I will return tomorrow.  However whilst I was there another older customer came in seeking help (probably younger than me!).  They were very confused and unsure of what they wanted to do other than change a broken Apple phone and acquire a new one.  The staff member ( who was from another branch) was incredibly helpful and patient in explaining quite a few times how they could help the customer, what was on offer and how ee and BT were linked but separate.  He showed tremendous patience and kindness to a confused customer - a very welcome change to the situations that tend to be commented on.  Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was an excellent example of how to provide customer care.

I  agree with the description of the patience and time the instore staff show as I had a similar experience around 10 years when I bought by first smart phone from EE.

The store staff member was incredibly patient with me and explained the  basic functions of the phone and  gave me the confidence to use it confidently.

Good customer service is not forgotten and encourages loyalty -hence my reason for staying with EE !
