This man is an absolute DIAMOND!

I had a new sim that had completely stopped working and John helped resolve the issue. He came across so many obstacles as it was a tricky and confusing situation but he did not give up. He was determined to get me up and running again and credited my account with an 8pound pack and 33GB of data for the inconvenience. He was honestly a breath of fresh air, bent over backwards to help and didn't even expect a thank you. 

He is a credit to EE and needs a huge bonus 🙂 if you can't tell already, I am one happy customer.
