I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Immy who works at the Birmingham branch. She went above and beyond to help me with my current financial situation and put my anxiety to rest. She took the weight of the world off my shoulders with her impeccable customer service skills. She listened to every word I said and met my needs without hesitation. She is a fantastic listener and unbelievably fun to speak to. Her communications were clear and straight to the point and she showed beautiful empathy towards me. She is an absolute credit to the company. She deserves a bonus. I wish I knew her last name so she could be identified but please if management see this comment please give her the recognition she deserves. Kind regards Joanna Holyman
