In over the few years I've been with EE I've never been able to access TNT sport

Since I've been with EE I've really appreciated there patience and understanding when it comes to my late payments towards my monthly bill but on the other hand I'm really cheesed off regarding my TNT sport non working app and it's been over two years and still I've never ever been able to watch TNT sport whatsoever. SHOCKING

Is it just the app that hasn't worked? What about the TV channel? What errors have you experienced?
