Today I upgraded my phone and was on the phone to Ben (Manga and Disney fan who has a fear of flying - I hope he makes it to his Brother's wedding in Cyprus) an EE agent. Ben was the most helpful and friendly customer service agent I have EVER spoken to. He made me feel like a valued EE customer and he was ever so helpful in trying to help me find the perfect deal for me. I told him what I would like and he was able to provide me with excellent options and he even went above and beyond and even looked at my data usage and advise me that as I wasn't using enough of what I was signed up for so suggested other options which would be more beneficial for me. What a top dude! THIS is why I stay a loyal customer with EE, because of your excellent customer service and the wonderful people you have working for you. I know not all customer service agents will be like Ben, seriously you need to give him a raise or a bonus! He definitely deserves it! His friendliness and professionalism and the care and attention to detail those quality cannot be trained. So thank you Ben for making my day and helping me find the perfect deal and get me the phone I really want. You are awesome, EE are awesome! Thank you for your outstanding service as always. I will definitely recommend EE to everyone I know! Thank you everyone at EE for your hard work and dedication, I know sometimes not all customers are nice customers, but I just wanted you all to know that you are appreciated. If I knew where Ben works I would definitely send him a big box of chocolates!
