How to leave positive feedback?

Was on the phone to the EE call centre and had one of the best customer service representative i have had was super friendly and did all they could to help me with my query, after the call i did not get the text messages to leave feedback wondering if there is another way todo so.

Hello,

I just wanted to leave some positive feedback as I didn’t receive the text message service to do so. 

I have just spoken to an absolute star of an employee, her name is Nuala and she works in the Plymouth branch of call centres. I called up about a situation/mess that an employee in store had put me in and she went above and beyond to help me to get it sorted. She is genuinely an asset to EE, unbelievably friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable. Overall just a great employee.

I had a pleasant experience in the EE store tooting. The gentleman that served me was Junaid. Even though I came at a busy time, Junaid apologised for my wait whilst still remaining professional serving a customer. Junaid was polite, thorough and quick.

Happy Christmas I would like to say a five star thank you to all bt and ee customer service staff always helpful and cheerful. For solving an ongoing problem I had. I would like to single our one lady KATHY from BT complaints executive who was nothing short of superb six stars to her and she wasn’t happy until she had got to the bottom of my problem. Thank you
