How to give positive feedback to customer service team

Good evening, 

 

Today I spoke to a gentleman, his name was Chris. It would have been good if I asked what his last name was. 

He was excellent and really helpful with my query. Guided me through what he would have suggested me to do in my previous call to the team, but unfortunately I didn't get the chance to speak with him then. You could really tell he cared about his job and put the customer first. Very helpful. 

I really do hope this goes back to him so he is informed that I am grateful for his help!

I don’t usually leave feedbacks for people. But I spoke to a gentleman name Kallum Lee today and he was very helpful during our call and made sure I had an awesome customer service experience.

so I’ve just been on the phone for over an hour with ee and well let me tell u some people that work for this company have literally no idea what they are talking about!!!! The first agent I was put through to tried to tell me my phone would come within 28 days from today and not when I order it???? (25th of September) absolutely ridiculous.Then I was put through to a manager that just waffled about nothing that I asked about for a good 15-20 mins. Finally was put through to someone that actually knows what they are doing, spoke to mathew from ee mobile billing and what can I say, absolutely brilliant customer service and the best person I’ve spoke to in the past 3 weeks. Once again a massive thank you to Matthew for all the help today….
