Customer Service options other than phone
In the past I have contacted EE customer services conveniently through chat and X. However now I do not see any option other than phone. Is there no way to send complaints as a message at our convenient times? I guess this community forum can answer ...

I've gone to add a pack and come across as pack for '-1024kb'?! I was looking for a pack bigger than 125gb but the £35 is for '1024kb' instead which is very odd. Assume this is an error on the site to be corrected?
