Hello, I am also trying to get references from my previous employment within EE and BT. I have sent them in through my previous manager internally as well as externally from my new employer but we are still awaiting a reply and it's been a few weeks? Please can you advise how long this will take as I cannot contact HR directly and I may loose my new job if I do not get them completed in the next week or 2. Please help.
