I’ve been having ongoing problem with EE and had to call again today but I was pleasantly surprised when Adam from Ireland was very helpful.
He listened to my frustrations, was patient and read alot of notes to get an understanding of what’s going on and worked really hard to get me a resolution.
I really hope this can get back to Adam and his manager. I just wanted to say thank you and we need more Adam’s working on the customer service team.
