Great Customer Service from Nick!

I have just become a broadband member after switching  over from Talk Talk (Yuk!) never again will I have to see them. 😩 Thank God!😁

Well today I called in and spoke to (Nick ) 😀 and he was bloody Marvelous, he went above and beyond for me.😀

The reason for my call is to let you know I did not want the Home  Phone adapter , so I am now sending it back, also I was charged for this and Nick mentioned it should of been free of charge, but I no longer need it. So I will return it to you shortly.

Not only did Nick do all this he said I am going to send you a returns bag too as I asked how I return and to what address.😀

Nick not only sent me a broadband cable which is  what Talk Talk should of given me as I have no internet after the engineer Talk Talk sent out on 9th October as my internet is Off/On and the engineer did not have a spare cable and TalkTalk could not even be bothered to send me one🙄. Nick also went above and beyond for me as he told me the Internet cable is free of charge so thank you EE and a brilliant thank you to Nick!😀
