We are an U12 grassroots football team currently enjoying our first season of competitive football.
Our players are a fantastic group of young people who show determination, commitment and teamwork every time they step onto the pitch. As they begin their competitive football journey, we want to ensure they have everything they need to feel comfortable, confident and supported.
We are looking for funding to provide warm, waterproof winter coats for our players, helping protect them from the cold and wet weather during training sessions, matches and time spent on the sidelines.
As a grassroots team, we rely heavily on fundraising, volunteers and the generosity of our local community. Providing winter coats for the whole team would help reduce the financial pressure on families while ensuring every player has access to suitable clothing, regardless of their circumstances.
Receiving this funding would make a real difference to our young players and their families.
Football is about so much more than winning matches. It provides opportunities to build friendships, develop confidence, learn resilience and experience a sense of belonging.
By providing matching winter coats, we would not only help keep our players warm and dry throughout the colder months, but also strengthen their sense of pride and identity as a team.
Our aim is to create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and has the opportunity to enjoy football.
Support from EE would help us continue making grassroots football accessible, enjoyable and rewarding for every member of our team. We would also proudly display the EE logo on the back of each coat, recognising their generous support and promoting their commitment to grassroots football at every training session and match throughout the season.
