I'm looking for some guidance on if employees can reach out for support for their local causes?
I manage an U14 football team, our club is only a couple of years old and with limited funding outside of what we raise from bits of fundraising which can be challenging with our limited audience due to the size and age of the club.
I'm looking for any help/guidance on if there are any options at all within the company for support.
