Former employee needing correct HR reference email address

Hi EE Community Team,
I am a former EE employee and my new role is currently being held up because my new employer cannot get through to the reference team. The old email addresses I found online and from friends who still work at EE are all bouncing back or not working.

I have been trying to get the correct contact email to obtain my previous employment reference for a month now. Could you please send me a private message with the correct email or details to get this sorted?
